If you initially enrolled via the CITB Route, this is no long valid on Mi Pre-Enrolment and your card will need to be re-uploaded.
When you get to the Qualifications Page, you will see the below:
Firstly, you need to click the Scheme dropdown menu and select your card scheme:
Then you need to input your card number:
Your surname will be auto-populated from your personal information that you entered on the first page. Then all you need to do is add any additional certificates (if you have any, this option is not mandatory) and then click upload / continue at the bottom of the page.
