Lastly, the final section of Personal Information is Acceptance. This is just 3 tick boxes that you are required to tick, before you can progress to the next stage. They are just to say that you've entered your details correctly, you abide by the rules and you agree to pre-enrolment holding your personal / sensitive information.
Once you have done this. You will be able to progress to the next stage which is the Questionnaire.
