Card Structure
There are three types of card that you can issue an operative based on the actions they have committed on site.
-
Green Card - Given when operatives have done something above and beyond on site.
-
Yellow Card - Given when operatives have done something questionable but not as severe as a Red Card.
-
Red Card - Given when operatives have done something that involves in them being asked to leave site.
How To Issue A Card
Firstly, you need to search the operatives URN and navigate to their profile within Mi Pre-Enrolment:
Once you have navigated to their profile, you need to go to the cards tab. You will then need to choose the card type you want to issue to the operative, Green, Yellow or Red. Once you have selected the Card Type, you need to choose the project that you the operative is attending:
Then in the text box you want to give a reason as to why you're giving the operative a card. We would advise that you give as much detail as possible about the incident that resolved in a card. Once you've done that you just need to upload evidence, this can be many different file types, they are all listed below the upload box. Then you need to hit Confirm Card Issue to finalise the upload.
Red Card Authorisation
If an operative is issued a Red Card, this will need to be verified by the LCO Admin. Once the red card has been submitted, it will then sit in the "Manage Card" section of pre-enrolment and will do so until it's verified:
