Your Permissions?
Firstly, you need to make sure that your permissions are the correct level to verify ops to site. Only Project Admins and above can verify operatives to site. We would recommend that you get another site manager to check your permissions first to see that you're Project Admin.
Are You Verified To Site?
The next thing to check is that you, yourself are actually verified to the project that you're verifying operatives too. You will not be able to verify to that site if you're not verified to it. Again, we would recommend that you reach out to a fellow site manager to check for you.
