Introduction
As a site manager, you are responsible for making sure each operatives account is correct and suitable to be verified to site.
Verifying Operatives
To verify operatives to site, you firstly want to search for their URN in the search bar and click View at the bottom right:
You will then be on the operatives profile, you need to make sure that the qualification they have uploaded is correct and valid. This will be the first thing you see on their profile. Once you have verified and are happy, you can click the tickbox to verify that the card is correct:
Next, you need to head over to the verify tab and search for the project that you're currently verifying too. Search for it in the drop down and then click it. Once clicked, just click the verify operative button and the operative will be ready to attend site and carry out their work.
Once verified, you can see that the user is verified to the site by the table above:
